Does anybody have a working email or phone number for one of the morons at First American who is responsible for Realist 2. I've used the Contact Us and Suggestion links only to have my emails bounce back to me. The phone number they provide drops me into a mailbox. The other number I have sends me to the other side of the globe and they put me into voicemail.

Customer service is not one of First American's specialities I know but I would really like some answers as to why this new Realist 2 system is so inaccurate with our local counties. Any help you can provide would be appreicated. Feel free to PM me as well if you feel more comfortable with that. Thanks for your help.

I had a thought - not sure if it will work. Since Realist is connected to our MLS here - what if you call your MLS tech support and ask them for contact info? I am sure they would have it.

That is what I ended up doing but they would not let me contact them directly. Instead, they did. Two counties that I work in have some glaring inaccuracies and it makes the BPOs more difficult since agents are not double checking their data.....typical.
