I have much to be grateful for - even though the world is turbulent and uncertain and the politicians seem to be taking our country to hell in a hand basket, I am thankful for my husband, our healthy children, food in the pantry, our wood stove and wood to burn, my dog....

I'm thankful for my faith that brings me through trying times and thrills my soul during happy times - I believe in my Heavenly Father and I believe that each day is a gift and tomorrow something could happen and I could lose everything...but I will not be alone.

I'm thankful to have the Father, Son & Holy Spirit in my life.

I'm thankful for my family - Sweetie, my wonderful son; and I'm really thankful for the relationship my mother & I have been having for the past year and a half (where we've really never had any kind of a positive relationship as far back as I can remember into my childhood). Thankful for the friends I have; and not even sorry to have some of the less-than-pleasant types around because 1)I don't hate them and 2)if not for them, how could I appreciate the wonderful people so much? Thankful for the hounds we've rescued. And thankful for all the good memories of the people & pets who've passed on.

I'm thankful to live in the United States of America, in SW Oklahoma - it's not perfect, but it's not bad. Thankful to work in real estate - all the areas of it that I do (listings/sales, FMV/REOs, BPOs, rentals). I'm thankful for the talents I have - I'm a darn good cook, & a good planner; I love to read & to help people.
