MassBPOer - their plan worked, it caught your attention. They did that to make it stand out from all the list prices that end in 900. Old trick taught by some real estate guru.

No, I only saw it because it was a comp that I used and that is not the price it is at now. Most tricksters will drop the price $500, wait a couple days drop price another $500 and so on for many days so that it will get send out to clients on automated email every time there is a price change.
