Sometimes I break out of my bpo grind and actually think about things that are happening in Real Estate, sometimes. Last week I had 6, count them 6 int's on Chase properties that were all for the purpose of a Deed in lieu, two were estates, four were owner occ, under water single family homes. Here's my question. What is Chase going to do with them? Do they have them sold already? Do they have a franchise geared to market them? Was this just a coincidence?
