You may not have gotten here yet, but your IDX results are not optmized at all and it brings up page not found, when in fact there is a page there. You may want to change the URL structure of the IDX results as well.

Also no meta descrptions or h1 tags on the homepage. Overall site design looks good though. Just an opinion but you may want to add more contextual information to the homepage as well for search engine benefits.

The home page is a little bit too busy/cluttered for my tastes. Keep it simple..and your conversion will go up.

I thought it was cool. I do a little work with wordpress sites and I think this does a little better job. I don't really know what equates to conversions though.

You may want to work abit on your offer form - make it shorter if possible, it is believed that adding an extra field will drop the conversion rate by 5%, you also have a type Truila instead of Trulia

Truila has been fixed.

Its about 90% done... I have been stuck with tons of IDX problems... database issues etc... I havent even began any SEO yet... have a whole plan for that but wont until its 100% done. I am working on it a few hours every day...

I have had a huge amount of success already with the foreclosre sign up offer... no one has used the web offer yet... so not sure on that...

How do you know if your IDX is optimized?

Same as any normal page really. Title tags, url's, is it indexable, anchor text, etc.
