Looking for feedback...is it easy to use? Is it adaptable to our business? Limitations?

I am not yet ready to invest in a crm solution like Top Producer, and since this app came with my Office 2010 license I am considering using it at least for now as my crm solution.

Thanks in advance.

You may want to explore a Free management application that works with Outlook and is called Credenza at

http://www.credenzasoft.com/links/lawcom.html

The Professional version is $29. per month but I have been told that this is a Free version that they have just brought out and may be worth a look-see

While non-Real Estate specific Contact Managers may suit some agents, I generally dissuade them from using one. You end up being a part time programmer because you need to create work-arounds to accomodate features you need as an agent.

The other thing you want to consider is that while free is apetizing, it have yet to see it be adequate for agents in the long run, wanting to grow their business as opposed to just maintaining a status quo.

There are many apsects to choosing a contact manager or CRM which I would be happy to share with you, based on your aptitude, current needs and future goals. Just give me a call.

Thanks DA - I'll check them out. I'm typically a bit weary of using products from small software vendors though. Like real estate agents, most don't get to stick around for a long time smile. I would rather use products from established vendors, even if that would mean i would have to do some customization (I have a bit of a technical background).
