If I wanted to rent/lease a loft in downtown orlando & split the rent with some friends what are the logistics involved..?

I guess if your credit check passes, and you have the required deposits and first/last month's or whatever the lease requires, you can rent a place. Could be dependent on how many persons can live there, too. You'll be on the hook for the rent and you can hope that your friends pay their share!
