Once your negotiating an offer it's very rare that you'll need to access MLS information.
The only times I have ever referenced MLS during the negotiating process is to check out a property that I'm not familar with that the other agent is trying to use as a comparable to justify the offer or asking price.
Bottom line however is that negotiating is a skill that is not found in mounds of MLS data.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
