I have a house getting ready to market. The house was rented, the tenants evicted and there was approximately $25k+ damage done to the house. Approx market value is $80k. The house has new roof, new carpet, counter tops, etc. The copper tubing in the attic, for water heater and dishwasher has been replaced. We are trying to hold off replacing the furnace, water heater appliance etc. until we have an acceptable contract.
*Question: Does any one have suggestions regarding an inexpensive home security system that I could use with my cell? The owner does not have phone services at this address. There is electricity. Thanks, Lisa
