Hi Guys,

I give all my buyers home warranties but the company I normally use that covers your typical SFH pretty reasonably does not customize their plans at all. So tomorrow I settle on a studio apartment and all the place has in it is a Dishwasher, Fridge, Oven/Range, and garbage disposal. There really is nothing else and anything else would be covered by the cooperative.. any suggestions?
