Anybody use? Good ROI or flushing dead presidents?

bump.. nobody ever tried it? Maybe I should be a guinea pig. The one agent I see advertising in our agent is a power REO agent which makes me wonder why she is advertising.. I guess she wants more..

My boss used to advertise there. They no longer do...because we never got any leads.

I have never heard of the site. I suspect that could be a large problem for getting traffic.

The website name is catchy enough.

I just had some website last week send me a 'lead'. I'm not even subscribed to them...but for "x" dollars a month, I could get these leads....Well, the 'lead' did seem to be a live person and said they'd call me this week, although I'll call them if they don't by whatever subscribed time I told them to call (don't worry...I just don't get excited about low-ball investors).

Any way, I thought if an agent already had the area this person was asking about, and, was paying for this area, well, if it were me, I'd be a little p.o.'ed that the company gave an actual, live and kicking lead to someone else to generate $$$ in their own pocket.

Homes.com is a direct competitor to agents with their own websites. They get their leads by ensuring they rank higher than you in G. If you don't care about ranking, then they may work for you. I refuse to give money to Homes.com, Zillow, Trulia or whoever else is competing against me.
