Is this article just crud or is it for real? It says that 3.5% FHA loans are gone... if so.. I need to start filling out job applications..

I just got three minimum-down FHA loans through, and two 10% down conventionals at sub-4% interest rates. If those loan programs are gone, nobody's bothered to tell my lenders that...

They are not gone. There are just some people in congress that think everyone should put down 20%. Boy we would all be in trouble if they did that. Right now I'm getting people in to homes on these FHA loans and their payments are less than their rent. Huge benfit for these people.
