I guess I am looking at this differently. I don't know that it is wrong to sell the list but WHY do you want to make it easy to increase your competition. I have been selling Real Estate 30 years, none of it is easy. By doing your homework on this website you gain a tremendous amount of knowledge by reading the experiences of other agents. So you gain twofold. Why not sell test questions and answers on EBAY. It's probably not illigal but after you pass the test, you don't know anything. Just a thought. I don't usually speak on the forum, but read it all the time, and I have learned something everytime I join you folks...Keep up the good work.
