Anyone using Advanced Access real estate websites?

I have been an Advanced Access client there for years - and I have had a couple of good years and some really bad years in the past - but the new Advanced Access websites seem to have good basics, a good enough back end - low costs - and some new possibilities through the Homes.com connection.

I am not thrilled about Advanced Access - but I am not sure if I am not seeing it through the eyes of someone that was burned by them - and not giving the new Advanced Access owners a chance.

So what do you think of Advanced Access real estate websites now - if you have a 4.0 or higher - I would like to hear from you.
