Listingbook is not a place to advertise, rather it is a consumer search tool, tied to a patented, proven and highly effective CRM system. With it your customer and clients get the information that they are looking for (stop going to sites like Zillow, Trulia nd Realtor.com) and you get to understand them and their needs. It is as if the agent was 'chaperoning' their clients through the MLS.
It is also for servicing sellers and proven to drive satisfied sellers.
It is unique and that is why some of the comments on this thread are more suited to discussing other products.
The advantages over having your customer go to other third party websites or even an agent's own IDX site are huge. The biggest reason is that you have no idea what they are doing, learning and seeing on those sites.
For Listingbook agents with IDX sites that they like, they see them as the way to find people, but to truly service them, they put them in Listingbook.
I have heard many agents sum it up this way, 'put everyone you know into Listingbook. The worst thing that can happen in nothing. The best is that they will buy, list or refer with you.'
We partner with over 50 MLS to date and are in the midst of a rapid further expansion.
Which MLS are you a member of? I'd like to see if we can help you.
Best regards,
Scott Feldman
