Just received a property inspection request from CC for $15,00. Wow they are really lowering their fees. Has anyone else experience this too? \:\(

They spam me with $11 requests. Every now and then they call asking for a favor and I tell them favors are for good customers and you're not one of them.

We've gotten several of these over the last week or so. All different $ amounts - $15-25. We didn't accept any of them, but someone else took them pretty quickly. If there are agents out there willing to work for that, the companies will continue to lower their rates.

I've received $11 ones and they've been gone before I can sign on the website to turn them down. I feel sorry for the agent who excepts them expecially if they have a broker split.

I suppose I would take a $11 PI if I could see the property from my office front door....good lunch money.

Hi all,
We had severe flooding here in MA during the months of May & June. Therefore I have been receiving PIs from CC daily. Most are in the 17-25 dollar range. I accept them if they are on my usual way to the office, take the photos, spend 5 minutes on the form, submit the info & viola cash the checks. It's not out of my way, they need the service & I get paid approximately $60-80 for the hour's work. I won't take cheap BPOs below $50 no matter where they are, but, nearby PIs are another thing.

I have found out that most time $15 was a vaule view, and a real short form, so I am in area any way why not, They send me a lot of work and I want to keep in good terms with them also. Just my opinion. Thanks God Bless

Last week I received a request for a full interior BPO w/photos of all comps, on an older property in a small town where comps are few and far between. Guess the fee...$60.00 Someone else snatched it right up. Fees will continue to go lower and lower since too many agents will take whatever is offered (and obviously think that is what they deserve to be paid).
