This company asks you to do an occuancy check and promises the listing, but they do not give the listing nor pay for the occupancy check. One of many companies like this trying to get agents to work for free. Beware before agreeing to this.

Anyone else get this request? [size:14pt]Nationstar[/size] is implementing a more defined set of requirements for our [size:14pt]Home Select Settlement Solution Preferred agents[/size] They are requesting General Liability Insurance of 2 million in addition to the usual E&O insurance. Would love to know if you think its worth getting the additional liability insurance in order to get set up with them. Thanks
