Hello,

I am currently developing a web based application to help ensure safer open houses and wanted to get some feedback from Real Estate agents. This was initially designed to be used for individuals selling their homes FSBO, but has been extensively expanded for professional agents.

Here are a few of the features:

- Ability to login and access your control panel via any modern web/mobile browser.

- Option to keep exact street addresses private until an interested buyer reserves a spot at the open house.

- Options for various types of showings (ie: allow a specific amount of potential buyers for each showing, have time block for individual showings).

- Buyers will go through a verification/screening process (ie: having a current credit card on file) to verify they are who they claim to be.

- Once a buyer RSVP's for a showing, they have a "ticket" they can print out/save on their phone with the date/time/location/etc. This ticket has their name and a unique ID on it as well.

- Sellers will have a "guest list" to print out and use as a sign in sheet.

- A highly customizable widget that you can embed on your website/social networks that will allow people to see available slots for upcoming open houses.

Would anyone be interested in something like this? We have a functioning "beta" and hope to have a limited initial release in early 2012.

Thank you!
