I for one, was heavily disappointed. The class descriptions were what got me there and I found in the end that they were quite misleading. The Freddie Mac was especially disappointing. The class description indicted we would learn how to start working with FM. Instead they told us they were using half of their agent network due to low volumes, their current agents were great (almost spit out my coffee on that one!), and pretty much said "good luck".

The panels consisted of pre-canned questions and prepared responses. The questions allowed to be asked by the audience were mostly from the personal opinion section and rarely consisted of a question. And the "one question per person" rule was totally disregarded.

The "by invitation only" classes were indeed not by invitation only, but one couldn't figure that out until they emailed and or called around trying to find SOMEBODY that could issue an invitation.

Who knows.....something may come of it some day, but as of right now, I am not happy.
