First of all, want to say that this looks like a great forum, found it a few months ago. I hope that my new forum is not considered competition in any way but if it is feel free to delete this post, I totally understand.

Believing that the more information the better I have started a new forum for Realtors called TheAgentPage.com, being a fairly new Realtor and a web junkie, I just couldn't leave well enough alone I guess.

I also run an automotive forum with over 18,000 registered users so I already had a dedicated server in place and a little experience so I said why not.
