I am planning to get an insurance for my house next month. I've visited Insurance! where i found an affordable housing insurance. I'm not quite sure if I will get here. Do you have any suggestion or recommendation?? All your suggestions will be very much appreciated.

If you have auto insurance, check with that carrier for property insurance rates. May get best rate with combo auto/property policies. Ask homeowner friends, neighbors, co-workers who they have policies with.

You've seen ad from State Farm, Farmers and Allstate. After you compare these quotes find other carriers based on conversation with each of the brokers from the previous three carriers. Jim's idea about getting a quote from your auto carrier is also as good as it gets. You'll see a big saving on both if they write both policies for you.

Jim and Texan are right on with their advice. Also make sure you can relate to the agent you're working with. Make sure they take the time to help you understand both what you need and what you're getting.

You can get more information at The San Diego Insurance Blog and clicking on HOMEOWNERS and reading -- How Much Homeowners Insurance Do You REALLY Need?

ya i agree with dheeraj!! that all insurance companies has different rate of plans and policies. So before taking you need to decide which one will suite you the best. As i have gone through and compared the most insurance company. I have found most reliable and few cheaper to others insurance company.
I want to share the link with you guys and if you find more cheaper than this then do let me know too. As i think it is the best house owners insurance.
IF you find any cheaper then do let me know too.

thanks
