Just wondering I signed up with a bunch of asset management companies a while ago and have not heard anything from any of them until now I just got 2 bpo requests at once, they say they do not pay anything but can result in a listing.. just wondering if it's legit or a BPO mill that will never ever result in a listing?

I have the same question. Out of the blue they send me two BPOs request but they don't pay nothing for it. I think that I already paid my "initiation" when I did it for USRES for nothing.

I have been signed up with them for a while and got hit with two 24 hrs rushes on Friday afternoon. I could only take one as the 2nd was in VA with local (Northern California) zip.
I have read about other agents doing BPOs for them that turn into listings, so lets keep our fingers crossed.

Got a bpo request and accepted. We'll see how it goes. I used to get REOS from 24 and then they switched to this new website so I'm wondering if this is 24 or a sister company of 24.

Just got one here as well. They are local hear in Orange County, Ca. Like the postings above lets keep our fingers crossed and hope we dont have another USRES on our hands.
