To all real estate agents I would like a list of people with seller financed properties that are looking to sell their notes. I would like to offer in return a $200 dollar referal fee for every note that closes that is sent my way. Just make sure all your information is included on you list. Mrs. Vanderbugh thank you for your interest. What I am is a note buyer and my interest is in people that carry their own mortgages. You do not have to be licensed to do this. Note buying can be a very profitable buisness if you are able to network with others therefore when I offer $200 dollars for every name that closes a deal with me I mean it or else I would establish a bad relationship and reputation, diminishing my network system at the same time. I will also do a simultanous close. If one of your clients sell their house on contract I will buy that note from them right at closing. Basically I willing to give back and help those that help me.
