This is not a self-service tool but a service offered. Agents have to send in all the details.
It's a nice graphical presentation but it'll take more time than doing it yourself and its certainly quite a bit more expensive than other offerings (hint - see link below!)

These websites have changes our client capture rate dramatically. In our area, agents generally do not do websites for homes at all. We started doing it, and not only did we see huge amounts of hits- (literally hundreds ina few days) BUT also our phone started ringing from potential buyers saying "I want you to sell my house because you do websites for your listings." We currently have a listing for that exact reason.. it was next door to another of our listings which ha d a website. It is a great tool, it is exttremely easy to use and it isn't just for the sellers' benefit- it has brought us both more buyers and more sellers. This is SO cost effective.
The only concern I have is with the quality of the sign riders. When it came I was a little concerned with putting it on a sign in any kind of weather, but it has held up well for 45 days even in rain. Im still torn on that- but the websites themselves are priced better than most companies and work just as well. Also- the customer service can't be beat, and to us that is huge.
