If we're looking to make something happen in business, and specifically Chula Vista property management, relationships help facilitate the objective. If we want our family to do something, good relationships within the family will allow it to come together. No one can force an objective on others. Relationships make it happen. The cooperative team approach is always best, and any good property management Chula Vista will know this.
The landlord/tenant relationship is a business relationship. Make no mistake about that. It is not a friendship with the tenants. The property manager should be friendly in demeanor, but not be friends with the tenants. Although the landlord/tenant relationship is not a friendship, it is a relationship nevertheless. That means that each party has made certain commitments to the other. Each party has a certain confidence level towards the other party about the likelihood of their fulfilling their commitments.
The tenant is willing to move in because he or she believes the property manager will keep the premises safe and in good repair, and will provide a satisfying environment in which to live. The property manager is willing to accept the tenant because he or she believes the tenant most likely will pay the rent on time and will follow the rules. The trust and confidence each party has in the other is the basis for this business relationship.
The establishment of this business relationship is 100% the responsibility of the property manager. If a good business relationship is to be established with the tenants, it will be the doing of the property manager and no one else.
