It is important for licensed realtors to continue to learn and "hone" their trade, regardless of brokerage affiliation. Minnesota has seen a large number of real estate agents leave the industry the past 5-7 years. This has left those still working with an ever greater role in providing solid, effective representation for buyers and sellers of all the MLS listings here in Minnesota. Getting this training from your brokerage and staying "plugged in" are crucial!
