We have an immediate need, and are recruiting for reliable, experienced subcontractors to join our team. The scope of work consists of trash outs, lock changes, maid services, lawn cuts, winterizations, and misc repairs. You must have your own equipment to complete the work. Pay is based on FHA-VA-Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae guidelines. Our payment terms are Net 30.

We require all of our subcontractors to carry $1 million General Liability & Workers Comp Insurance (if applicable), and Lead Based Paint Certification.
