Hi everyone!

I've recently created a widget for real estate agents to display on their site. The widget provides an overall city score, broken down into categories for each city or neighborhood. The idea is that it would provide an easy way for people to quickly get to know the area in which they are moving to.

You can see the widget here: http://www.areavibes.com/widgets/

The widget was mainly created for real estate agents, so I'm hoping that you could provide some feedback on:

1. What you like or don't like?

2. What you would like to see changed?

3. Would it be useful for your visitors to your website?

4. Would you display it on your website?

5. Would you prefer to see demographic data (population, income, etc.) instead of the score and categories?

Thanks very much!

Jon

For a real estate agent, they need to ask themselves two questions:

Will adding this help drive more traffic to my website?
Will adding this help CONVERT more of my existing traffic to clients?

If the answer to both of those questions is NO...then there is no reason for an agent to add it.

That said, I do like the concept you are going after with area vibes. is it all data driven or are there a lot of unique reviews already posted?

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
