Dear Realty Sticker,

I'm doing my best to be polite in this message, but admittedly, it's difficult. I'm not usually one to "out" someone or a company for bad service, but since there's no telephone # on your website to call your company to speak to a manager, this is the only option I have.

I placed my order on 7/23 for a sticker. On 8/1 I sent an email to the "Sales" email address to inquire how long it takes to process the order. I received a reply from a "Melissa" saying my order would be picked up by UPS on either 8/2 or 8/3. On 8/13, I sent a follow up email to check status, and no reply. First thing this morning, 8/16, I sent another follow up email, and again no reply. What's going on??

Your reply, AND HELP, would be appreciated!

UPS returned your shipment to us. They apparently did not use the correct shipping address. Your order has been reshipped and we will call you shortly to confirm this with you.

Also, please try and add our email address to your contacts, so to be sure our emails are not mistaken as spam. Sometimes this is the case. Often, the shipment/order will arrive before we have the opportunity to send the tracking number.
