I'd like to know what an average income for an apartment locator is. I understand that the income varies greatly based on the agent and work ethic etc. So for example a person with good personality that works about 40 hours a week. What might their monthly income be?

Also, I live in Texas so anyone from here your input would be appreciated.

Your best bet would be to ask someone in your local market. Texas is a pretty big place, or so I'm told. I'll bet even within Texas the markets are very different.
