I wanted to know if any of you keep a client questionnaire form. Do you have the seller fill out a form with information about the house? Do you have the buyer fill out a form to know what exactly they are looking for? If so, where can I find some example.

I do use an 'open house questionnaire' for buyers but not for sellers. This form isn't exactly what you are looking for but maybe you'd like to see a copy. The form is designed for feedback purposes at open houses. I will gladly provide you that form if you'd like via email, I have it in a 2003 Word format. Let me know!

Buyer questionaire. I've been involved with the E&O side of things and everytime a deal goes bad and legal action takes place they sue for some obscure thing that the agent says they had no idea about. I decided to put the buyer to task and give me what it is that is important to them. What it is they have to have and what it is they can live with out.
