I interviewed with an Exit franchise, was able to get a free lunch, a free dinner, a free CE class and a door prize. Exit felt Amway "ish" to me also. I also dealt with a few Exit Realtors in deals and they tend to focus on recruiting the agent instead of the deal. It seemed to me that their goals are based on recruiting other agents.

I opted for Keller Williams. Some will say they have the same type program. They kind of do, but the focus is not on recruiting, if you recruit an agent you will get a small cash flow. If I did not participate in the recruiting effort, it was a non issue.

Every office is different for both Exit, Keller, (Insert Company name).

I am interviewing Keller Williams, Exit, and a few other local $ Mid Atlantic brokers next week. I've typed up a list of questions and comments using the sticky thread on this section of agentsonline, and stuff I've gathered from lurking on this site for over a year.
