To give you a brief synopsis of my experience; I am a licensed Realtor and an active member of my local and state real estate associations and the National Association of Realtors. I have over 12 years of experience in real estate and over 19 years of sales experience. I have served as a consultant to top Realtors and Brokers across the nation and was a featured speaker at two separate events during the National Association of Realtors Conference in Orlando, FL in November of 2004. I was also featured in a three-page article in the Women’s Council of Realtors magazine, Connections. I am experienced in a variety of different real estate types and price ranges: Anything from vacant land parcels to residential property management to luxury estates with prices ranging from $40k to over $20M. In addition to my professional experience, I am an author with my first fiction novel currently under final revisions with a literary agency in preparation for publishing. I have also spent four years serving as the Florida state chapter president for a national non-profit organization devoted to canines and their work with the handicapped and in search and rescue. For the last few years, I have been running my own company, Agent’s Resource, providing sales management, marketing, admin, and recruiting services to brokers and agents nationwide with a few international clients as well.
