I am developing a new lead generating site for Realtors that provides sales info for neighborhoods. Not zip codes..neighborhoods. I would like some feedback. The site is wikibroker . So far we have major cities in the Southeast. Thanks.

We get our data for regional or local data aggregators. We have found the local providers to be more reliable. When we cannot find data from regional providers we fill in the gaps with national companies like first american and fns.

Thanks
Steve

Steve,

I like the idea... but this is being done by a number of companies now. Yours is the only one I've seen that does it by neighborhood on the first select.

What I don't like about your product from a consumer prospective is that there isn't enough information to really draw me in. If the results had pictures or more info I'd be inclined to use it more.... then again I'm so used to this stuff that I may be jaded.

As an agent I might be interested in securing a neighborhood or two... depending on the cost. What do you plan on charging?

My 2 cents.

Thanks for taking the time to write.

Your right.. Neighborhoods will be our niche. We have over 10,000 neighborhoods on the site now.

Unlike some of the other lead generating companies, we are trying to develop an affordable product that will help Realtors develop a connection with the leads. The cost will be based on the neighborhood but will range from $10 to $100 a month.

What did you think of the Appreciation Rates? Click on a transaction and a ballon will pop-up that has the annual rate since last sale-when available.

Thanks again
Steve

Steve,

I'd do away with the appreciation rates to be honest... I think it creates all kinds of questions and possible potential problems in the future.... and... since there isn't enough information to view I don't really trust them.

That's just my opinion though... others probably will think differently.
