Title company asks me to make decision on "survey deletion" and "restriction, encroachments, minerals endorsement" coverages.
Do buyers usually buy those? It's about $300. Not sure if we really need them and even after I read many articles still don't totally understand what they exactly cover you for. Anybody went through this before can provide any laymen term to help me understand? -- of course I'm not looking for legal advise and will not hold you accountable for what you say.
