I am leasing a good Atlanta real estate website. This website over the last 4 to 5 weeks has produced 362 email leads.

The website has great rankings for primary key phrases and does produce a lot of high dollar leads. I live in Las Vegas now and can not handle the leadds being generated by this website. The website has # 1 rankings in Yahoo and MSN, plus a # 3 ranking in the new MSN. Google there are a few non competitive search phrases it comes up for but no competitive terms.

The website has over 1000 pages and has plenty of backlinks. The website is also a PR 7, not that PR matters much anymore.

You will be allowed to put your own team branding on the website, as well as emials addresses and phone numbers. I will handle all maintence for the website so no need to worry about that.

This is a turnkey website , where all you have to do is collect the leads and close. This will be leased on a per month fee.

A website such as this would cost you over 5k to have built and get up on the web. This is not to only mention the time it would include to get the number of backlinks the website already has and its search engine rankings.

I think your 5k figure is very modestly low. Ladies and gentlemen in the Atlanta area, I know wayne and I know this website and you better contact him before it's gone. Think about how much dollars you spend in print ads over the course of a month to generate 300+ leads
