I don't thing You need a professional for taking pictures and making video of a property. Unless it is some really exclusive piece of real estate, but then the owners will probably already have a representational material done by professionals.

I just came across a site that makes video listings from photographs... this service looks interesting and affordable (as low as $60 per video). And the videos are high quality.

I guess this guy was making video listings in his local area only until now. He even creates a personalized fan page for you to showcase the listings and brand your name.

Check it out and tell me what you all think of this service. Personally, I think this guy could help perk my sales up a bit :)

For about $110 they do all the photos including the night shots for the high-end homes.
