Recently I've been looking at Ryan Fletcher's material (Agent Control Method - it seems like a lot of hype) but a lot of it makes sense.

So as usual I'm on the net trying to find a review site for real estate guru's - and can't find one.

I come here every day to read articles. comments, etc.. and just curious why no sub forums for Real Estate Guru's - the good the bad and the ugly?

Any one have any experience with Ryan Fletcher?
