I am a Realtor in the San Diego area and have been using a lead generation and management company that actually works and is in it for the quality and not the quantity of clients. They want to be sure that they help their clients grow professionally. I have used housevalues, homegain, realtynow, servicemagic, and I can tell you that the ROI to what you get is NOT worth it! It was a complete waste of money on my part and I am sure there are others out there. As Realtors, we spend money to see what works whether it be seminars, systems, or on-line leads! We are supposed to be out in the field and not trying to manage our marketing on-line, The company I utilize, does this for me and I have an arrangement in which everyone wins! -4 months later, a team of agents
-YE 2005 30+ closed transactions resulting from the internet leads
-Currently working a 13 million and 17.5 million deal in Downtown San Diego along with listing 197 units and 200 more in the next year to come - all from my on-line efforts...
