I would like to know what your ROI is for your website. How much traffic, contacts, appointments, and sales do you make a month from your website? It seems that for every 100 visits I get 1 contact. For every 10 contacts I get 1 good buyer appointment and for every 5 good buyer appointments I get 1 - 2 sales a month. What are your numbers?

I never tracked it really as far as hard numbers goes. But today I wrote a contract for someone to purchase a property. I never heard of him before yesterday. Today he told me he's been using my website for over a year.

Futhermore, I've gotten leads/buyers/sellers (= closed transactions) from my blog/website and even from participating in City Data forums.

The VAST MAJORITY of my closed transactions are directly related to my website(s).

Thats great to hear. As of now we are not tracking our numbers like we should. Give me a few months and I will have some numbers for you.

My site is new so I haven't closed deals off of it yet but showing property tomorrow from a sign-up I received a few weeks ago. We will see if it works out!
