Did anyone else get multiple emails from them today announcing their new free app for Iphone and Android phones?

Anyone using it? Is it worth it? I don't like that it requires a "free" account to use it.

Any thoughts?

Yes, got it too. Have been reciving emails from them since I signed up, but have not received work from them. Thinking it is time to delete them.

Of course you haven't. Taza is not an asset management company, they're a transaction management software provider.

We have been using the app and love it. I just hired a new assistant and it's great because it gives her a solid checklist to follow for weekly occupancy checks!

The photo upload tool is killer too!

Are there strings attached to using it with their other products? Is it best used with their other products?

I like the idea of it, just don't want to use they other stuff they have.

As of right now, no. They do have a disclaimer on the app that the free version may include apps later.

The coolest part is how you can take and label photos while at the house and then hit one button that automatically plugs them into a photo addendum and have them emailed to whomever.

Taza needs to make an app to be removed from their email list. I have clicked unsubscribe from 20 of their emails but they still keep coming. I add filters in to block from them, but they just send from different people. Taza is one of the most annoying companies I have ever dealt with.
