Homes are fairly cheap now especially if you can make some repairs and add value. The rental market is active but the tenant headaches are always there. Flipping will work too when bought right.

its a tangible,like gold. Not "paper" that the government can print as much as it wants and make worthless. If bought right, your tenants will pay off the mortgage and you will have retirement income;who knows if social security will even be there years from now? Your house will.

I think people have distracted by the global economy downfall so they are much conscious about there future plans. Property is like a hard asset and long term investment so this thought is become usual in people to buy a property and wait for the right time to sell it.

with the increased demand of property prices are also getting high so its a better investment if you are looking for good returns in your future.

I would love to invest in property but when I look around and see so many houses for sale....I wonder if we would end up stuck renting it out??? I would rather fix it up and be able to sell it quickly then keep up with rentals.
