Hello all! I'm newer to the BPO space, however I've been working with AppraiserLoft for several months now, and so far the experience has been pretty amazing. I've been assigned to a product called ValuClear (basically a BPO / CMA / desktop valuation), and over the last month or so, I have earned some great fees. It takes no time at all and AppraiserLoft is pretty quick to pay too.

Anyways, as I mentioned, I'm new to the forum and just wanted to pole the community about other experiences and opinions about other reputable BPO shops.

I took a look but didn't see any fees posted.

I registered in April with appraisal loft and I've gotten nothing from them. They don't even have my MLS system listed which is funny as it serves a HUGE area. I find this first post rather suspect.

Suspicious indeed. Especially since appraisal loft has a reputation of not paying.
