I have fifty properties I'd like to present to a large corporation to purchase.

How should I go about this?

Should I put some kind of presentation together? Something like a plat, CMA (listing the prices of surrounding properties, and what these are likely to sell for), and a letter explaining everything?

Should I get some kind of commission agreement signed first?
