We are looking for Field Service Inspectors and/or Mobile Notaries to perform
Property Preservations throughout the US South East Region, primarily the state of Florida at this time


In being an Inspector, one would:

Travel to local properties
Examine exterior condition of properties
Determine occupancy
Take photos of properties
Report accurate data
Make contact with home owners


Equipment Used:
Windows Operating Smartphone from AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, or T-Mobile
Computer with internet access
GPS
Insured vehicle
Access to a fax and printer


Applicants will submit to a background screening. Experience is preferred but will
train the right individual.


Inspector is paid $3.00 to $20.00 per inspection, with 200-600 orders a month. Income
ranges from $600 to $1800+ per month.

Suuuuuuuuuuurrrrrre... You want a computer-savy person with the technology & equipment necessary to perform this service, go out into the field, go back to the desk to download/upload photographs and send updates to the company...

...for 30 properties a day...

... $1800/month. That's $90 per day (indep contractor) for a full day driving, a tank of gas, a few hours at the end of the day to upload photographs...

Wow, I know I sold the biz and retired just two years ago but ..... when did inspections go from $25 -$30 down to $3.00?
It was tight enough at 25 -30, especially if you drove 50 -60 miles to do the inspection. Do inspectors really do these jobs at $3.00??
I know for a fact the m&m's are getting way more than 30 an inspection. This would almost have to be a sub of a sub of a local inspector who contracts with a national. Wow!!
