You will need to pay me upfront, as I will be "earning" my money spending my time on the phone trying to communicate what you wanted me to say.

Like I said, I'm NOT working for free. My hourly rate is $100 an hour. Might sound expensive----but if I save your sale, like I've done for others, it will be a bargain! Also, you might now be able to bring in more business, by now having someone who can clearly say what you wanted to the "third baseman" that didn't speak English that killed your last sale!

I will be setting up merchant services soon to take your credit card, so you can get started right away.

Anyway, give me a call ONLY if you're serious! I'm renting out my services for a fee, so there is NO RESPA violation, etc., as I'm not a party to the transaction.

You'll likely need me throughout the deal to answer questions for signing, deal changes, etc., with the non-English speaking party.

What do you say? I will professionally provide you with an invoice, for all the minutes I've spent on your sale. Billed in $100 increments, as I've burned up 60 minutes.
