Hi, Agents. My name is Heather. I started a cleaning business in January, specializing mainly in medical office buildings, but also looking to go into property preservation within the next couple of years.
I am interested in knowing what property management teams look for when looking at a contractor for maintenance and cleaning of their commercial (and residential) properties? I'm in Florida.
Is it strictly a matter of prices, or accountability factors such as insurance and registration?
I haven't delved yet into any property managed-endeavors, but I want to have my hat on straight when I hit the door.
Any obvious and clear no-nos?
