Any of you guy have a recommendation as to the best software out there? They only one I have really seen is RealHound. I am very new so I dont need the top of the line software.

Any advice would be appreciated!

It depends on what you want it to do.

I don't like systems that charge monthly or yearly fees.At 995 a year for Real Hound that is really expensive and you are at their mercy and subject to changes and add on charges.

For evaluations I use www.rentalsoftware.com

If you can pay 99.00 one time you don't need to spend thousands over years and years.That's how they get you on the fees.
