I just spent about 20 minutes on your site "signing up" for the FREE website that you mention. Not only do you NOT MENTION that it is only FREE for 30 days, but NOWHERE NOWHERE NOWHERE on the site does it indicate anything about what the cost of the site is once the 30 days is over. Nowhere does it mention much of anything except to try to get you to sign up.

If your site was so great, why would you have to resort to these psuedo scammy techniques to get any interest.

I did sign up (before realizing what was going on wih this, thinking it was a free website), we'll see what happens in 30 days. I am predicting an onslaught of spam type emails "encouraging" me to become a full-fledged paying customer, at what I suspect will be vastly over-inflated rates.

We'll see.

We apologize for any apparent omission(s) on our website. The intent was by no means meant to be misleading, and the explaination is rather simple.

In an effort to introduce ourselves we initiated a special offer which included FREE setup and the first month of FREE hosting. In order to make this process as smooth as possible to our potential new customers we removed all of our credit card processing and payment pages.

It was within those pages where one would see the complete terms and conditions of how our site works (condensed version: $39.95 per month, which includes site, hosting, admin access, and page content).

We are currently working to create a new set of pages within our site that also contains this information (outside of the eCommerce pages).

We greatly appreciate bringing this to our attention. We hope you enjoy your website and we look forward to retaining your business.

Sincerely,

John Maurice Horrell , President\CEO

Just reviewed your site before we read the other post and we too were looking for pricing information and couldn't find it. Just some constructive criticism that if I WAS looking for a site, I probably would not have signed up just for the fact that pricing was never mentioned. There are too many other companies that put their pricing well up front.
Good luck.. but I would look at a different business model regarding the pricing notification process.

We definately appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we might be able to better represent ourselves.

As a direct result of your comments we have updated our site to clearly indicate our pricing structure (detailed pricing now appears on every page, located at the top of the page). We hope this is helpful to future visitors to our site.

If we can be of any assistance to you, please be sure to let us know!

Do you have an affiliate (reseller) program, we might want to offer them on our site. Or you can post it on our forum if you like.

We are in the final stages of implementing our Affiliate program. We anticipate the announcement of the program by the middle of this week (and I would say Thursday at the latest).

When ready, I will be sure to post an announcement to the forum with complete details.

Your content appears the same for all sites. How do you avoid duplicate content issues?

Not really sure what your mean. If you are speaking of the sample content, yes they are 100% the same (as the samples are just for demonstration of the templates themselves).

As far as the content is concerned for an actual agent (live site), that content is 100% agent specific and agent driven. They control the content (bio, bullet points, certifications, etc.), and thus the appearance and information will be different.

Does that help?

Probably does not make any difference on your sites as all your pages appear to hide behind frames. If you are not aware frames also hide from search engines

You seem to be very much mistaken. None of our sites\templates use frames. And, as another FYI, for clients looking for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) we provide an enhanced "default" page as well as other added features to increase effective "crawling" and indexing.

If you are going to post on a site that is frequented by novices and some people who are more advanced, then expect to be questioned. Novices will not ask technical questions but others will.

When I went to your site here I found Zindler realty as a featured site under the title "What our clients say..." when I went to that site

at: http://www.zindlerrealty.com/

I found everything behind frames. Here is the frame for the front page.
http://www.reawebs.com/mySite/8808/default.asp?RealtorID=347

and here is the frame for your Properties page.

http://www.reawebs.com/mySite/8808/content.asp?RealtorID=347&page=listings

Perhaps Zindlerrelty.com is not a client and exists only on your site or perhaps you are using frames at the site, either way the site is behind frames, to say otherwise may be dishonest.

If you point me to an "enhanced SEO page" I will be happy to review it.

Sounds a lot like advanced access, except more per month. For a company promoting websites, it doesn't bode well when google only finds your index page.

"Jade456"

We're not sure if you were just misinformed or trying to be intentionally misleading, so we wanted to clear the air:

AdvancedAccess charges $39.95, the SAME amount per month as we do.
AdvancedAccess also charges a minimun of $599 for setup.....we charge $0.00.

As far as Google is concerned, our Technical Team has informed me that our site (URL) was mistakenly submitted prior to it's completion (it being ready) and that is the cause of the incorrect indexing. This is a temporary problem, so don't get your feathers ruffled.

(AdvancedAccess pricing mentioned in this message was obtained at http://www.advancedaccess.com/v3/websitesamplesdir/pricing.htm on Friday 15 April 2005: 7:26 am)

I am not saying this to be mean, but there are many questions left unanswered about what you are offering. If it were me I would step back and clean up the questionable aspects of the services. If you have launched too early you can learn from the feedback and relaunch. While I do not consider your sites or coding great, for the price, they are ok as starter sites. I do, however, have serious reservations about the content and how it is being displayed. I feel badly for agents and others who are unable to determine the value in web sites and end up with something that does not meet their expectations. If you have a good product and want others to know about it, you need to explain it better.
