Advanced Access and some of the other template sites also have a better lead management system. The contact us on this page opens up the email client of the user, which I always hate.
On the backend of Z57 and AA, you can export the client list and capture their info. I don't see real forms on this site to capture leads or send automated reports.

There are a number of ways we are capturing lead information (and all of which are through forms, as I too was never a big fan of just linking to a users email client).
1.) The "Contact Me" button 2.) The "Relocating? I can help!" 3.) Email to a friend (captures the client information and friends, reports both back to agent....seemless to the end user).
Items 1 and 2 are on every page of an agents site. Item 3 is only available on the property details page(s) for properties hosted on our site.
*FYI: The "Zindler" site is NOT one of our standard sites and was written\coded per the customer specifications.

Well send us a live sample of a standard site. That would help all of us. It's not like you'd be breaking client confidentiality.
Advanced Access provides live examples up front so we can see exactly what we're getting.

That's a pretty misleading title. It should read "no upfront cost" or "no setup charge" website. It's certainly not free. Truth in Advertising.....

Answering some outstanding questions: 1.) You are correct (as far as this posts title), however I was unsure how to change or remove it afterwards. 2.) Live customer site: www.johnchaump.com 3.) It does appear our site has been "sandboxed" by Google. (see you in 60 days) I have to say, that for the most part, the comments have been both constructive and helpful....and for that, I thank you. There has never been, nor will there any attempt to be deceptive. thanks again...all!

I don't care that people sell bad products but this product may be harmful to you and your business. If you put any of the content pages from the live customer site through http://copyscape.com they come up multiple times as being on other sites. The most outrageous one was for the mortgage center with an identical copy of a copyright article from Motley Fool Perhaps they own the copyright so I am not accusing anyone of infringment, just suggesting to be careful

Try www.realestate.lopix.com - they did my sites and I am very happy. They are not free, but neither is "flawless" above... at least I didn't get a "cookie cutter" site and I paid less than flawless is charging. There's nothing worse than template sites. The consumer is not stupid - they know what they are. I think they like people that are creative and have something obviously unique. P.S. aplus is the same poster that insulted my site trying to get me to have my site re-designed by his "friend".

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
